Terms & Conditions
- $500 advance payment for confirmation, advance payment is non-refundable.
- Any extra chair will be counted as 1 adult chair and the host must have to pay extra for each additional chair.
- Hosts must have to pay the committed guest numbers and extra if the numbers exceed the committed numbers.
- Balance payment must be paid on the day of the Event.
- Host must notify any staff member 20 minutes prior to serving starters and mains
- Menu selection or any changes must be done 7 days before event charges apply
- Lunch finishes by 3:00 pm and Dinner finish by 11:00 pm any extra time required will be charged $150 per hour
- Lunch buffet closes at 2:40 pm, dinner mains start by 9:00 pm, dinner buffet closed at 10:40 pm
- Guests are allowed to drink/eat/sit only in their designated area, don’t allow drink/eat outside the premises
- No takeaway food allowed from the party buffet and must have to pay extra for any takeaway food guests
- Hosts must have to pay for any property damage, or any fine if done by them or their guests.
- You must take back any belonging’s same day after the event finishes.
- We are not responsible for any valuable items lost or any type of damage
- If you hire a jumping castle from us or outside kids must be supervised by their parents and host, we are not responsible for any accident while kids playing
Decoration, Dj, Photography Package Available
- DJ, photographer, or any outsider in the party will be counted as guest members.
- Rice, Naan, Raita, Salad, Chutneys, Coke, and Fanta included
- $2 each table and chair cover in black and white only
- BYO $10 each 700ml + Alcohol bottle except beer
- Table Service only with extra charges. Soda water and Ice charge extra
- Party popper or confetti not allowed + cleaning charges apply
